First and foremost – plan for the informal sector in every future plan in whose formulation they are part of.
It may at least stop the problem from getting worsen. Secondly, look into the issue from within
(as the conditions and characteristics are different for various factors) and try to plan a revitalization
plan of which community’s concern and their participation are part of – both at planning level and at
development level. Simply regularizing or authorizing the space may leave a bad impression on future migrants.
