The next question is, now that we are going “county”, what does it cost a professional planner and his team to plan a town of 3,000 – 30,000 people?

Counties should be able to pay for the HQ’s being planned in small towns that would attract high economic levels of citizens and increase industry.

If we could do that to a few other streets like Kenyatta Avenue, Moi Avenue and Tom Mboya street that have a lot of human traffic and essentially do not need to have streetside parking. A few loading zones can be set aside for the businesses on the respective roads.
