I was part of the Team working at the “favela exchange” exhibition.
I would like to warn you that the two project you are referring to were actually developed by two different teams. The one you call “the first part” has been produced by the Master of Advanced Studies in Urban Design (MAS ETH UD), also part of ETH, but a completely different studio from U-TT (which is in any case a great practice, and produced the urban proposal for the Maracana).
